Hello!!
My name is Mrs. Gordon and I am now an elementary art teacher. Before elementary, I spent 6 years as a middle school art teacher. Before teaching, I was a paraprofessional at our local high school and a neighboring town's elementary school. My student teaching experience happened both at the high school and the elementary level.
I have a BA in Art, a teaching certificate in Art K-12, and a Master's in Teaching.
When I'm not at work, I spend my time with my two kids (ages 7 and 3), husband and family. I love to paint, garden, and cook.
Before going into the education field, I worked at a local bakery. I still love to bake and decorate cakes. I used to do a lot of shaped and molded chocolates as shown below.
